The family encompasses a large number of species, and its members occupy extensive areas in temperate latitudes, where the crop for the oil also finds its place. The plant provides the stalk, which European herbal science identifies as the main raw material from this species. The green pigments of the stalk give the liquid a pale yellow shade transitioning towards yellow-green. In addition, the shade remains light throughout the volume of the liquid. Steam distillation extracts the volatile compounds from the plant material, so the aromatic profile remains pure and close to the olfactory character of the original raw material. The purity is also evident in the product's entirely organic composition. It is also suitable for hydrating formulations that maintain the skin's water balance, soften rough and dry areas and refresh a tired and uneven complexion, including cases of pigmentation. It is incorporated into restoring creams applied after aggressive procedures or adverse climatic effects, as well as into products that protect the skin from environmental pollution. Store organic yarrow essential oil in a dark, cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Maintain a temperature of +5°C to +20°C to prevent oxidation and the loss of beneficial properties. After opening, limit the amount of air in the packaging, and as the contents decrease, transfer the remainder to a smaller, clean and dry bottle. Use only aluminium or glass bottles for cosmetic products, preferably made of dark glass, which protect the essential oil for cosmetics from light.
